Joining us for AES 2022 from outside the United States?

International Group Registration and Housing

FHTglobal, in partnership with Maritz Global Events, is the official international housing and travel services agency for AES 2022.

Requests for room block packages will be managed exclusively through FHTglobal and can be made here.  Room packages will include sleeping room, taxes, breakfast, portage, and registration assistance if needed. Additional add-ons are also available--more information is available on the FHTglobal website.

The registration fee for international groups of 10 or more people is $650 per person.

What constitutes an international group?

  • Group of 10 people or more
  • Traveling from outside the US
  • Registering and booking hotels through AES

Registration Add-Ons

In addition to the educational programming, networking, and science included in the registration fee, skills workshops and/or tickets to the 11th Annual Wine Tasting and Silent Auction may be added for an additional fee. FHTglobal can assist you in adding these to your registration.

Skills Workshops | Tuesday, December 6
$50.00 USD per workshop

Pre-registration and tickets are required for these sessions. An additional $50 registration fee applies. A maximum capacity of 48 participants applies to these interactive sessions to assure an optimal participant experience. These popular workshops sell out quickly.

 11th Annual Wine Tasting and Silent Auction | Saturday, December 3, 7:00 - 10:00 PM
$175.00 USD per person

Come and enjoy the kind of collegial camaraderie that only AES can offer! Sample exceptional wines from all over the world paired with choice cheeses and innovative hors-d'oeuvres. Add to your wine collection or try something new by bidding on high-quality wines donated for the AES silent auction. Proceeds benefit the Lennox and Lombroso Trust and the Susan S. Spencer Fund, which support AES research programs.

 


 

The following information should provide you with everything you need to travel to Nashville, TN to join us at the 2022 AES Annual Meeting.

Letter of Invitation 

For security purposes, letters of invitation are available only after you have completed your registration for the AES Annual Meeting. Please check the appropriate box and a letter will be emailed to the address you listed after your registration is completed. Please email aes@maritz.com with questions. 

 

Consulates and Embassies 

Please check with your local US consulate or embassy to find out the earliest that you may apply for a visa at www.usembassy.gov. You are encouraged to apply as early as possible. 

 

Visa Application Information 

Applicants should first consult the U.S. Department of State’s visa appointment and processing wait times website. Important timelines and information regarding travel to the United States are available on the US government websiteIf you are experiencing significant visa delays, you are encouraged to complete the visa survey. This will bring your case to the attention of the US Department of State.

Please note: Maritz is the official housing partner of the AES Annual Meeting and manages all housing needs. Maritz is the only approved partner for hotel reservations.
