To register for the AES Annual Meeting, you must have a free myAES account. If you already have one, you will be prompted to log in before registering. If you do not yet have a myAES account, you will be prompted to create one before proceeding with your registration. To login, you will need to use the email address in your myAES account and your password.


AES 2024 Information

Where and when will the 2024 AES Annual Meeting be held?
AES 2024 will be held in Los Angeles, CA, at the Los Angeles Convention Center from December 6-10, 2024.

When will registration open?
Registration for AES 2024 opens in early August ... and sooner for AES members!  Sign up to be notified when we open registration.

How much does it cost to register?
Registration rates are available now to assist you in your planning.

Why does my meeting registration not show up immediately in my myAES account?
Registration for the AES Annual Meeting occurs in a separate system. Your registration and attendance are added to your myAES account after the meeting each year. 

What if I register and am unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend in person, you can still enjoy the on-demand content available after the meeting via AES 2024 Digital Select. Requests to switch from in-person to Digital Select must be received in writing to aes@maritz.com by Friday, November 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM (noon) PT. Requests received by this deadline will receive a price adjustment reflecting the difference in in-person vs. on-demand registration costs. Requests to switch received after Friday, November 22, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Are children permitted to attend the AES Annual Meeting?

Children 17 years of age and younger are welcome at AES 2024 if accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted to attend any events where alcohol is served. More details about the AES child policy are available on our policies page.

 

AES 2024 Digital Select

Can I attend AES 2024 virtually?
The meeting will not have a live virtual/streamed option, however, several sessions will be recorded and made available in mid-December. On-demand content will be available for purchase until February 18, 2025, and can be viewed through March 18, 2025.

Can I claim credit for AES 2024 Digital Select recordings?
Yes! Many of the sessions available on-demand offer credit! Up to 55.75 CME credits can be claimed for on-demand content available as part of AES 2024 Digital Select.

Can I share my login?
No. Your login credentials are unique to your registration and myAES account and cannot be shared. Additionally, sharing your login will prevent you from earning credit for any sessions you view.
